About Us

Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

The pelvic floor should not be treated in isolation. Often times we see pelvic floor dysfunction with hip pain, back pain, old ankle injuries, breathing dysfunctions, and neck pain. Pelvic floor therapists look at the entire body. This includes a head-to-toe assessment and screen of functional movement patterns, not just the pelvic floor, in order to find your unique root cause.

Pelvic floor therapy can then systematically address symptoms using our method to reach YOUR goal.

Everyone is fighting a battle, EVERYONE is a WARRIOR.

No matter what you need, Warrior Physical Therapy is here to help you every step of the way.

Meet Dr. Aryn Delaney, PT, DPT, CLWT

Owner/Founder

Pelvic Floor, Orthopedic, and Lymphedema Physical Therapist

Dr. Aryn Delaney is a physical therapist who studied at the University of South Florida and received a Bachelor of Science in exercise science. She completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Nova Southeastern University in 2019. She has ample experience treating orthopedic patients and has completed multiple advanced certification courses in pelvic floor rehabilitation. Her past clinical experience gives her a unique and holistic approach. She looks at the entire body and how it impacts pelvic floor function.

Dr. Aryn takes a hands-on and evidence based approach to her care. She is passionate about restoring the quality of life to her pelvic health patients. She enjoys working with pregnant and postpartum women to restore their well-being and confidence in their bodies. Navigating the postpartum world can be confusing. Dr. Aryn loves educating her patients to create less fear and more freedom. She has her PCES certification (Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist) and has a special interest area in returning women back to exercise without leakage or pain.

Dr. Aryn is also a certified lymphedema therapist that has a special interest in treating women’s oncology. Too often women receive treatment and beat the big "C" but are not informed or educated on the risks and treatment for lymphedema. This is where Dr. Aryn comes in to catch women that are falling through the cracks of medicine. Lymphedema treatment bridges the gap between oncology treatment and returning back to a functional lifestyle.

When Dr. Aryn is not treating patients she enjoys spending time with her family, as she is a new mom, home improvement projects, weight lifting, and being in her garden.
